How do I find the battery I'm looking for?
To find a particular battery you can either use the search box at the top of the website, or by finding the relevant product category through the menu. From here you can use the filters on the left of the website to further narrow your search for a particular product.
Do I need to create an account to order?
No, you do not need to register to order from Budget Batteries. Once you are ready to checkout you will have the option to create an account if you wish to do so. Should you already have an account and aren't already logged in, you can login from the checkout too.
What is the benefit of creating an account?
The benefit of creating an account is that not only will you receive the same email confirmations as those who checkout as a guest, but you will also be able to login and access all of your previous order history. You can then duplicate an order when viewing it if you wish to do so (subject to any product availability and price changes).
What happens once I've placed an order?
Once you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation email. This will contain your order number, the item(s) you've ordered and where the order is going to be delivered. If you don't see this email in your inbox, be sure to check your junk folder and add us to your safe sender list so that further emails make it straight to your inbox. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a further email with confirmation the goods have left us, as well as any relevant tracking information if applicable.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders the same working day if we receive the order before 2:30PM. Orders received after 2:30PM will be dispatched the next working day. From here delivery times will vary with the delivery option you choose. Delivery times for each method will be found at the basket and the checkout page. I've had my order dispatch email but my order hasn't arrived, what do I do?
If your order has been dispatched but not yet arrived, we ask that you wait till the end of the delivery time range for your selected delivery method before getting in touch. If your order has still not arrived please contact us and we will investigate for you.
My order has arrived but I've ordered the wrong item / received the wrong item, what do I do?
You can return the incorrect items to us and we will process an exchange /credit for you. Please make sure you mark your order number somewhere on your return and which items you want exchanged /credited. If we are at fault your postage costs for returned items will be reimbursed.
