An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. After approval of your comment/review, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment/review.

Media:

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms:

We require the following information to process an enquiry through our contact form: name, email address, telephone number and message. Any information provided within the message will be used to resolve the enquiry.

Who we share your data with:

Cell Pack Solutions will share your order data (name and delivery address) with reputable couriers to fulfil the requested service.

To make payment for your order placed on our website, we will transfer you to PayPal‘s website. This payment gateway require us to send your order data to them to process your payment.

To maintain our reputation, we allow an open review service of its operations through Trustpilot. This allows you to feel confident when using our service. To provide this information, we allow Trustpilot access to your email address so they can contact you for an honest review. It is down to your discretion whether you wish to take action.

If you opt-in to our mailing list, we will share your name and email address with Sendinblue. You have the option to unsubscribe from our mailing list via all newsletters and any information Sendinblue holds, will be permanently deleted.

If you opt to use our website’s live chat facility, we will share your name and email address with tawk.to. Should you wish to have your chat history deleted, please contact our Data Protection Officer who will carry out the request on your behalf.

How long we retain your data:

If you leave a comment/review on our website, the comment/review and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments/reviews automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

If you leave us a message via our Contact Form or Design Your Own Form, we will keep your message until it has been resolved.

If you have an account with credit terms and have placed an order with us, we will keep your data for 7 years to comply with HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC).

What rights you have over your data:
